I ordered this purse and when I got it the sewing was coming undone by zipper, I contacted amazon and they would exchange it and send back the purse. Well I received the new purse tonight and was surprised in the way it was packed!!! I think it's the same purse I sent back but fixed very messy. It had NO packing in the inside or anything and the tag was cut off. I was not impressed with Amazon at all!!!! I paid good money for that purse and to receive it in such a terrible manner, Amazon should be ashamed of theirselves.
