I bought this bag to be an everyday tote to carry my laptop, a small notebook and various other essentials around the campus where I'm a graduate student and to the campus where I teach. I love it's upright design, as it fits much better into my bike panniers than a wider sack would. However, it's much smaller than I expected after looking up the dimensions on another site. My 13" MacBook Pro fits into the bag but it won't zip up around the neoprene case I carry it in. Besides the laptop, I can fit a charger, a bag of medications I have to carry, a small makeup bag, and my agenda. I could probably squish a small book in as well, along with one or two of the slim notebooks I carry ([[ASIN:8883704983 Moleskine Ruled Cahier Journal Kraft Large: set of 3 Ruled Journals]}). The leather also feels cheaper than some of the higher end bags I have and the main strap is thinner than I would like. The interior is also a cheap shiny patterned fabric, not the cute crochet that it looks like (that's just a print). On the upside, I do love the color and the external pockets for goodies like sunglasses, which many bags are lacking. Overall, it would have to be a big bigger (maybe an inch on all sides) for it to be my ideal bag, but I like it enough to keep it.
